Officer Aaron Benmare of the Saratoga Springs Police Department throws a punch at Dana Amazone, 19, who sits handcuffed in the back of the patrol car after being arrested during a traffic stop. Amazone also alleges that Benmare poked him with a baton and is seeking civil damages for the incident.
